Eve's Cheese is made with milk from Fawnwood Farm, a 4th generation Kent County dairy farm. The cows at Mason's Fawnwood Farm graze on rich Eastern Shore farmland just minutes northwest of Chestertown. The farm's herd is comprised of the 6 major dairy breeds. This variation gives Eve's Cheese its unique flavor and unsurpassed quality. The milk contains no BST's, antibiotics, or chemical compounds. Eve's Cheese is not mass produced and emphasis is put on quality. We have a dairy farm and send milk to an Amish cheese maker in PA who makes cheddar and Colby cheese with flavorings!
